Peter Poole
Winemaker
Peter Poole is the owner of Vitis Consulting, a Temecula winery and vineyard consulting firm. As a wine maker in the region for over 30 years, Peter has an excellent reputation for creating world-class wines. Peter earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and managed his family-owned Mount Palomar Winery. Under Poole's leadership, Mount Palomar became one of the region's most highly regarded wineries and became a leader in implementing cutting-edge viticulture trends. Mr. Poole is currently a Board Member of the San Francisco-based Wine Institute elected to represent the Southern California region.

Guy Chambers
Master of Architecture
For the past 30 years, Guy Chambers, principal of B.A.R Architects, has been involved in the design of award-winning winery facilities. He has worked closely with many winery clients throughout Northern California and has been responsible for the planning and design of wine production and storage facilities, visitor centers, tasting rooms, laboratories, reception areas, art galleries, conference facilities, retail operations, as well as planning of vineyard and winery tour sequences.

Ben Drake
Viticulturist
A resident of the region for 35 years, Ben Drake is the President of Drake Enterprises, Inc., a Temecula-based farm management company. As a fifth generation farmer in Riverside County, he is considered an expert in the viticulture and wine making industry. Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Fresno State and has served as the Director of the American Viticulture Foundation and President of the Temecula Valley Winegrape Growers Association, as well as Chairman of the California Association of Winegrape Growers and as a Member of the California Winegrape Grower Foundation Board.

Kathie Westrope
Master Developer
Kathie Westrope is intricately involved in the Rancon Group's portfolio of property offerings. Her primary responsibility is to guide projects through the development process from inception to finished map. She currently oversees the due diligence process for more than a dozen active residential projects and is currently spearheading the entitlement of Rancon's prized upscale project, Europa Vineyard Estates.
